Compared to our Fox 2.0 shocks, the tuning in the Bilstein 5100 shocks is a bit more firm, but not so firm as to make the ride quality stiffer than OEM suspension.

If you like a less floaty more planted sports-car feel, or have some weight added to the truck especially with a high center of gravity, these shocks are a great option!

These front shocks listed fit and function with Thuren Front Coils ONLY!

Details:

Come with shock boots installed, so they work well in corrosive environments.
These are standard non-custom Bilstein 5100 shocks, chosen specifically to function proper with our coil spring designs.

*The length of the BIL-24-455 and BIL-24-464 rear shocks works well with up to a 1.5" tall rear coil spacer, with both our coils, or the OEM coils.

*If you have OEM factory rear air-bag suspension, you can use the BIL-24-455 shocks ONLY IF you install a 1" to 2" rear airbag spacer/lift kit. We do not sell anything like this you'd have to source elsewhere. The BIL-24-455 shocks will be too long otherwise and you could risk airbag damage, if you don't use a spacer/lift under the OEM rear airbags with these shocks.

Front coils and shocks

I haven't had much time on them as it is not my daily driver. Coupled with the springs the harshness is gone out of the front end. By no means is it a Cadillac, but it's a much nicer ride.

Replaced coils and shocks

Replaced factory coils and shocks was the best thing to do better ride and more level . Now need to raise the back a little has factory air bags do they make leveling kit for back ? But great product you sell major improvement thanks 5 star !!!

Thuren lift springs (2.75”), shocks and rear spacers (1.38”)

The entire setup took two hours to install. Noticeably improved ride quality up front. Installed 1.38” spacers in the rear because I prefer to maintain some rake for towing etc. Extremely happy with this setup. Additional parts upcoming from Thuren to help clear my 37x12.50’s on the stock 20” wheels.

So far I think I like them

I think they are a big improvement from what i had. How ever I am contemplating doing the front shocks aswell I have a 2" level kit from cjc offroad with the adjustable trackball. And I would like to know what shocks for the front are applicable and if you could round up any alignment info for the thuren adjustable trackball that would be nice. Oh ya and if I order tje front shocks from you. Can you throw in some apparel ( A hat, tee-shirt or even a hoodie?)
