Our Swaybar is a softer rate than the stock unit, allowing the axle to move more independently side to side. This smooths out off camber bumps, pot holes, and even simply turning into a drive way. Includes Sway bar, Frame mounts and End links, and hardware.

Details:

Uses no solid joints like Heim joints or solid bushings. In this application, Heims can become noisy very early in the life-cycle, with the swaybar moving so much.
6 grease zerk fittings used throughout the assembly.
Same proven JKS Poly orbital joints as used in our other swaybar links.
Not recommended if you have a much higher center of gravity. For example, a slide in camper, or a heavy Roof Top Tent(RTT) equipped Overlanding build.
Our Active Rate Sway Bar functions great with heavy Gooseneck and 5th wheel towing, heavy weight in the bed below the top rail, or heavy weight on the bumper receiver hitch.
May interfere with some steering box braces, check the brace to make sure a straight bar will clear.

Product Installation Instructions

Fixed wobble and sloppiness

Have replaced the swaybar bushings and links along with the dragline bushing with aftermarket options from big auto stores. Less than 12,000 miles later and issues started to return. Hopefully these last way longer, instructions were easy to follow

Big Difference!

Wow, so i have now used this with stock springs and RC shocks and it made a huge difference then with rocking side to side and just over all steering left to right. Fast forward and today i have it now paired with the IFP Fox Shocks and Soft Ride Coils and you can tell they were created to work together!
My truck feels completely in control yet also is absorbing so much more bumps and off kilter pieces of roadway, we have a lot of uneven dips on our backroad highways in the part of California I live in.

Sway Bar

Works great. Much better than stock!

Tremendous improvement over stock sway bar!

I have had my truck many years and do a combination of mild trails and heavy desert driving. I had used a quick disconnect kit for my stock sway bay, so it was either 100% hard sway bar, or no sway bar at all; which was always a compromise, as driving in the city with the stock sway bar is too rough, and removing it was too loose.

I was absolutely amazed at how well the truck behaves now with the Thuren sway bar, city driving is smooth but off road performance is not compromised.

What is even better is that I was able to reuse the old disconnect kit on this sway bar, so that if I need 100% loose front end, I can simply disconnect it and hit the obstacles!

I am never buying suspension components from other companies again! Thanks to Don and team for their incredible customer service and support!

My Ram:
2012 Ram 2500 ST, 4.56 gears, 37"s, rear and front lockers.
Front: 6" spring lift on 3.0" Fox reservoir shocks, PSC hydro assist, custom long radius arms, boogie bumps, and more stuff...
Rear: Thuren 6" long travel leafpacks, Fox adjustable 2.0" shocks, boogie bumps, and other goodies.
